Subscription Payments: We offer a 14-day refund window for all subscription payments. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. After this 14-day period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility: Subscriptions may be eligible for a refund if the user experiences major or showstopper bugs that significantly prevent the normal use of the service.
To qualify:
The issue must materially impact core functionality of the platform.
The issue must be reproducible or verifiable by our team.
The issue must not be caused by user device limitations, network issues, or unsupported environments.

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle, while annual subscriptions will continue until the end of the paid period.

All content provided through the app, including AI-generated stories, assessments, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal use in accordance with these terms.
