  • Enterprise Team Data: If you join a team account, we collect team membership, role, seat assignment, invitation status, usage totals, assessment counts and scores, and last activity dates so the organization can manage seats and training progress.
  • Audio Data: To provide speech assessments, we may collect and analyze audio recordings of your voice. This data is processed solely to deliver feedback and improve the effectiveness of our assessments.
  • Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the app, such as device type, operating system, and browser type, to optimize app performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
  • To Provide and Improve Services: We use your information to deliver personalized lessons, speech assessments, and recommendations based on your progress.
  • Payment Processing: Personal and payment information is used to process your subscription payments securely.
  • Communication: We may use your contact details to send you important updates, notifications, and offers related to your subscription and learning progress.
  • Analytics: Usage data helps us analyze app performance, identify areas for improvement, and create a better user experience.
  • Enterprise Team Administration: For team accounts, we use usage and assessment summary data to provide seat management, monthly reports, support, and account administration for the organization.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following cases:
  • Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers to process payments, store data securely, and support app functionality. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Organization Administrators: If your account is part of an Enterprise Team, owners and administrators of that team can see your name or email, role, invitation and seat status, credit usage, assessment count, assessment score summaries, and last activity date. We do not share your stories, recordings, transcripts, uploaded document content, or detailed assessment feedback with team administrators.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to comply with legal obligations, such as responding to court orders or government requests.

4. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your information and implement industry-standard measures to protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no system can guarantee complete security. We encourage you to keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can do this by contacting our support team. You may also choose to cancel your subscription or delete your account. Account deletion removes or anonymizes personal data associated with your account, including team membership identifiers where applicable. Some limited billing, security, audit, or legal records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

6. Free Trial and Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Enterprise Team usage summaries and audit records are retained for up to 24 months by default, then expire automatically. If you delete your account, we remove your learning content where supported and anonymize team records that need to remain for organization audit history.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes and encourage you to review this policy regularly.
